nice price deal !!! sr.click (juanjo matos) is an experienced dj from the end of the 90s who started producing electronic music in 2003 and in 2005 co-founded the inoquo netlabel. his minimal techno productions show an experimental spirit who has been able to assimilate many samples and mix them with galloping grooves, making up his unique style. after playing in sonar 2008 and participating in angel molinas wax session 3, the new techno label flatmate music based in barcelona is now releasing his first 12 inch.

the title track (bloody hands) has a unique futuristic sparkle with plenty of funk and loads of interesting effects, characteristic of horrevorts productions. the lead and bassline build up tension throughout the track, subtly climaxing after 5 minutes with some guaranteed hands in the air action!

the latest ep to come from the detroit grand pubahs label detelefunk is dj and producer k alexi shelby with >i can go<. kaay is one of chicagos true heroes and cited by many as a pioneer of the citys sound. this is his unique smooth blend of techno and house, as kaay calls >tecsoul< (which is also the the name of his own label) that attracted the eye of the pubahs with a track titled >i can go< featuring kaays own vocals, and the heavy female breathing.

the artists ryan crosson and guti individually represent exactly the contemporary approach to electronic music production and performance that supplement facts aims for and cherishes. to have them team up for this release means a particular honor for us! the tracks dont only fit into the labels repertoire superbly, but also enclose a unique mood created by sensitive melodies, thick beat lines and a superb vocal performance!

iron curtis is a berlin based young producer. his debut release on tensnakes mirau was supported a lot from many djs and deetron picked his track to his mix cd on music man. this his third release contains three unique touch detroitish house tracks. title track of >großreuth 1< is a winner of this ep. it reminds old school detroit house track and simply effective in the club. this track will be useful dj tool for any house and techno djs. >save the night<, >80 g< on the opposite side are little bit more deep house style. i would like to recommend these tracks to the fan of underground quality or that kind of underground house.

>fall into me< finally marks the release of the last and keenly awaited single from jay haze aka fuckponys masterpiece >let the love flow<. the album title says it all - >fall into me< sounds incredibly light, yet catchy and full of energy - a free fall onto the worlds softest pillow. this is how house must sound to lovers. house with soul can be taken literally in this case, as jay has called upon the expert support of laila tov and chela simone. the latterenjoys an international standing and has already lent her sublime, very unique voice to kikis hit single >good voodoo<. here she combines inextricably with jays compact sound aesthetic and makes >fall into me< positively shine.with its atmospheric intro and broad musical range, the original on the a-side sees a welcome reappearance of certain must-have features which will have the hairs on your neck standing up... the accompanying video was shotby emmy nominee daniel michael gahr with chela simone and laila tov in the woods of san francisco.
marco passarani has done the honours on the flip side. a workaholic from the eternal city of rome, marco is the linchpin of the italian techno scene. he produces under the aliases js pool, monomorph and ambit 3 for the labels skam, hymen, clone and peacefrog, and also runs his own labels plasmek, pigna and nature records marcos >fall into me< remix is unmistakably influenced by hiscarefully nurtured detroit roots. however, he employs these stylistic elements very discreetly, retains beats, melody and vocals in his arrangement, takes out a little of the decorative padding from the album, then finally hits us with a wonderful, trancey eight-tone sequence to send us into the realm of dancefloor dreams for ever.

7 oz. records has come to its 4th release in vinyl. label founders siddharta and mr. rovat have finally put the last touches to their musical debut with windy city lights, an explicit dedication to the sound which influenced them in the 90s. its an ep which relives those chicago and detroit atmospheres, enhanced by the solo trumpet played by acclaimed musician omar valle, who gives it a unique jazzy mood intertwined with drum machines and old school tools, an attempt to have the record play in an analogic manner.

2009 was a great year for these days records, and 2010 promises to be even better. the platform stood out for its innovative yet functional club sound and unique artwork concepts. the new year begins with a new split series under the name universal consciousness, based on the idea of connection between all things, and that all things have been coordinated, and they combine to make up the same universe. the first part is dedicated to two very different takes on spiritual, cosmic space techno. on the a-side argys >sometimes im blind< generates a long and uplifting emotional climax, which features a solo that will forever stay in your heart. the track was recorded at the end of 2008, and despite numerous offers to release the record elsewhere, nothing was finalised and the recording never saw the light of day. soon after the birth of his own label, it naturally fit the platform and seemed a perfect way to start the new year. on the flip side, sheffield born alexander ross, brings forth a cavernous techno piece awash with reverberation and spacial echos that brings a driving yet non the less emotionally captivating moment perfectly in balance with the depth of the a-side.
